We are establishing a dedicated contract filling centre in South East Queensland — purpose-built for manufacturers who need a local, reliable partner to fill high-viscosity chemical products.

The Opportunity

Australian Filling Capability for Complex Products

Many adhesive, sealant and construction chemical manufacturers in Australia either fill in-house with ageing equipment, or rely on offshore production with long lead times and minimum order constraints.

FormFill Group is building a contract filling centre in South East Queensland equipped with servo-controlled, dual-stream filling machinery capable of handling the high-viscosity materials — epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones and similar — that generic filling lines cannot reliably process.

We are currently taking expressions of interest from manufacturers who want to discuss their filling requirements ahead of our commissioning. Early partners will have direct input into how we configure our lines to meet their specific product specifications.

What We Can Fill

Our filling centre is configured for high-viscosity, chemically reactive materials that require precise ratio control and contamination-free handling.

2-Part Epoxy Systems

Resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) filled simultaneously into dual-tube rigid cartridges at independently controlled volumes.

1-Part Sealants

Single-component silicone, polyurethane and MS polymer sealants into standard cartridge formats.

Structural Adhesives

High-viscosity construction and industrial adhesives — including crack injection resins and anchoring systems.

Polyurethane Systems

2-part PU foam precursors and coatings where precise A:B ratio is critical to product performance.

Other High-Viscosity Products

If your product is paste-like, thixotropic or gel-based, talk to us — we'll assess compatibility with our equipment.

Cartridge Formats

Dual-tube rigid cartridges up to 800mL. We can discuss other formats based on your product requirements.

How It Works

Initial Enquiry

Technical Assessment

We'll review your product specifications against our equipment parameters. If we need more information — viscosity data, SDS, fill ratios — we'll request it at this stage.

Capability Confirmation

We confirm in writing whether your product is compatible with our filling lines, and outline any configuration adjustments required. No obligation at this stage.

Trial Fill & Approval

You supply raw materials; we conduct a trial fill run. Product samples are provided for your QA approval before any commercial volumes are committed.

Commercial Production

Once approved, we agree on scheduling, run sizes and pricing. Ongoing production is managed against agreed lead times and quality standards.
