Mathew is an engineer and inventor with over 25 years of hands-on experience working inside manufacturing businesses. He founded Alertify in 2017, developing industrial IoT monitoring devices from first principles in Tewantin, Queensland.
Through Alertify's consultancy practice, Mathew delivered engineering solutions across a remarkable range of industries — designing SCADA systems and programming PLCs for soft drink production line relocations, commissioning NBN fibre optic manufacturing lines, developing bespoke AI algorithms for waste gas energy optimisation, building custom chemical process equipment for precision photonics, and certifying imported EV chargers and BESS systems for the Australian market.
As COO of FormFill Group, Mathew leads all manufacturing operations — from due diligence and integration planning through to production management, equipment commissioning and technology deployment.
Bruce is a civil engineer, entrepreneur and business builder with over 25 years of experience scaling professional services businesses across Australia, Asia and the UK — and a track record of building from startup to sale.
In 2002, Bruce co-founded LogiKal — a project management and controls consultancy. He grew the business to over 100 consultants across Australia, Hong Kong and the UK before selling in 2022. LogiKal delivered programme controls on landmark infrastructure projects including Heathrow Terminal 5, Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3, the $2bn Forrestfield Airport Rail Link and the $20bn QGC Curtis Island LNG project.
Following LogiKal's sale, Bruce acquired and operated The Rise Noosa Resort — growing revenue by over 50% and occupancy by 25% within four years before selling in 2023. In 2025 he co-founded FormFill Group with Mathew Bowden and secured the investor backing to execute its manufacturing acquisition strategy. He is also co-founder of both Alertify and Engram — an AI technology company building context-aware intelligence for business, co-founded with Mathew in 2024.
